Integration of Environmental Protection Permitting system,and online Management and Monitoring Funct

Absrtact	The project based on the plan has conducted 92 tasks (excluding the task that provides 4 people for support). Based on the properties, the tasks can be divided into four categories, including the planning of management regulations and studies, adding and improving system functions, the provision of statistical information compiling, system operation maintenance and administration supports. The results are briefly shown as below. On the planning of management regulations and studies, 3 concrete strategies are provided to deal with the commission of reporting which widely exists in the industry. Additionally, the planning of a complete procedure and promotion for e-certification regulations is done, and the review of vehicle specifications is completed in response to the GPS announcement revision. On adding and improving system functions, the functions and convenience of Improving the Industrial waste report and functions of management system (IWR&MS) are continuously improving. To enhance the service quality of the system, the following items are completed: upgrading the database version of IWR&MS and GPS, the procurement of certification components and version updating, the hot spots publishing and reporting functions for IDMS, the comparison between the promised value and permission value of the environmental impact assessment of EMS, and developing APP for checking information on mobile devices. On the provision of statistical data compiling, the compiling and reporting of 1 yearly report and 4 quarterly forms are completed on time, and the assistance for the estimation on the total quantity of industrial wastes produced in different departments is completed. On system operation maintenance and administration supports, in addition to the regular organization of database scheduling, the confirmation of system backup maintenance, and system rebooting, 4 GPS guidance symposiums and 1 satisfactory survey are completed. Additionally, in the help of the EPA, the auditing tasks are conducted for about 10 thousand businesses, and at least 110 temporary requirements are handled.
